Delivery & Return
Mujerscarfs products are sent to our customers by contracted cargo. Your orders are shipped within 7 working days at the latest (excluding public holidays and weekends). The cargo company delivers the product you purchased to the address you specified in the order. In case you are not present at the specified address, a note is left informing you that you can pick up your cargo from the nearest branch. If you go to the branch within three days and do not receive your package, your package will be returned to us.
As Mujerscarfs , we kindly ask you to check the products during delivery, and in case of any damage (crush, tear, opening, wetting, etc.) to provide you with a faster and more effective service, and to provide the return of the damaged products by keeping a report to the cargo authority. If a record is not kept, we cannot refund the product price to you, as we cannot compensate for the damage from the cargo company. For this reason, we would like to emphasize that you should pay attention to this issue when receiving your product.
If you want to return or change the product you have purchased, you must notify firstname.lastname@example.org by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order. In the sales within the campaign, the cargo belongs to the buyer. REFUND OR EXCHANGE is not done.
